The service provided by the MyLocator app allows you to talk to other users in your family or friends (each group, a "circle") and share locations with each other. The service is not available to anyone who cannot sign a legally binding contract. This privacy policy describes how MyLocator collects, uses, discloses, transmits, stores, and protects data related to your use of MyLocator 's products, services, and websites, and the choices you can make. Our main goal of collecting information is to provide and improve our products and services.

Registration and Profile Information:

If you or a member of Circle associates a photo with your account, we may collect the photo. If you want to add a family member to your circle, we will collect the family member’s name, email address, or mobile phone number, depending on the program settings. When you register for premium services, we may also collect billing information.

Geolocation:

Geolocation: Based on product services, we collect your location information through the IP address, WiFi, Bluetooth, and GPS coordinates (for example, latitude/longitude) provided by your mobile device. We may also use other technologies to collect information about your location, which may provide us with information about WiFi access points and networks and nearby cell towers. We collect and maintain location data to ensure that we provide you with effective features and services. If you want to opt out of collecting your location data, please adjust your settings on your mobile device to restrict apps from accessing your location data.

Message and user content:

When you use MyLocator to send alarm or ringing notifications to other members of your circle, we collect information. We may also keep any messages you send to us.

We use this information to provide you with products and services, such as sending you alerts about your circle activities.

Contact:

We visit your contacts to see which of your family members or friends are using our app, after checking, we will not keep any data.

Equipment information:

When you visit our website or use our software, the information we collect includes IP address, location data, device ID, advertiser ID, browser type and settings, device type and settings, and operating system.

Information about you provided by other users:

We also receive and analyze the content, communications and information provided by others when using our services. We may provide information to service providers who help us operate MyLocator. For example, we may use third parties to help host our site, send e-mail or SMS related to the operation of MyLocator, removing repetitive information from our user lists, to any process payments or to provide search results. These service providers can technically access your personal information for use for a limited time but when this occurs, it is reasonable to apply the contractual and technical protections of limiting the use of this information to help us provide the MyLocator service .

To offer services in association with other companies:

We may provide services in conjunction with other companies. If you opt in for these services, we may share your information to facilitate this service.

We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for performing the functional service of the App and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account.

You have many options to control this data collection and sharing activity through application settings:

Restrict location sharing with your circles. You can "turn off" location sharing for one or more of your circles through the app settings. If you turn off location sharing in one or more of your circles, we will not share your location with those circles; however, we will continue to collect your location information to provide services (for example, display your personal location information, Share your location with other circles).

Disconnect location data and mobile data in device settings. You can also turn off device location data collection through your mobile device settings. For example, depending on your mobile device, you may be able to "turn off location services," which restricts access to your device's location data. You can also adjust your device settings to revoke the MyLocator app’s access to device location data. Please note that if you disable access to location and mobile data through your device settings, your MyLocator application may not be able to provide you with all our services.
